Patient information

We take patient confidentiality seriously at Gundagai Medical centre. We will not release your information to third party without your documented consent.

If you would like your file transferred to another practice, we can send a patient summary and recent results. Please speak with our practice manager if you need the whole file, and we can find the best way to do this for you. This will incur a small administrative fee.

Feedback

At Gundagai Medical Center we value your feedback. You can let us know in person, in writing, or by email to reception@gundagaimedical.com.au.

Communicating with the practice

Our phones are attended between 0830 and 1730 Monday to Friday.

Please note this email address is not regularly monitored and response may be delayed. If your matter requires a more expedited response please call us on (02) 6944 3444.

If you are unwell and feel you cannot wait for the next available standard appointment, please notify our reception team and they will escalate to our clinical staff to help triage your appointment to best suit your needs.

If you have a medical question and cannot contact us please contact Health Direct on 1800 022 222 or attend your nearest emergency department.
